Dawn is an experienced real estate lawyer, specialising in commercial property. She has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on a variety of real estate issues, from everyday portfolio management to large scale development projects, for businesses of all sizes.  This includes all aspects of landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, options/overage, property finance, development work and corporate support.  Dawn enjoys developing long term relationships with her clients and working with her colleagues at gunnercooke to provide complete commercial solutions to business issues.
