Partner and collaborative lawyer, Paula has over 20 years’ experience as a specialist family law solicitor.  Her areas of expertise include complex financial disputes, business restructuring on divorce and jurisdictional issues. Paula also advises in all manner of Children Act cases to include both internal and international relocation and child arrangements orders. She has wide experience of injunctive relief. Paula is an experienced collaborative lawyer, using her collaborative training to resolve cases without recourse to contested proceedings wherever possible.

Paula is available to see client in Berkhamsted, St Albans and London.

Career

Paula trained and qualified as a solicitor in 1997 with niche high street practice Hudson Freeman Berg Solicitors in Gloucester Place, London. Paula practised exclusively in the family law department following qualification and gained a wide experience of all areas of family law. Paula joined Rayden Solicitors in 2008 becoming an associate in 2011 and a partner in 2015. In 2011, Paula completed her training in Collaborative law.

Paula is a member of Resolution and trained with Resolution as a collaborative practitioner in 2011. Paula is a member of the Hertfordshire Family Law Group of Collaborative Practitioners. Highlighted in Chambers since 2014.
