Career

Tony joined Gadsby Wicks as a Partner in June 2015 after over 20 years of specialist experience in personal injury work. His expertise and dedication to medical negligence work have helped him establish an excellent reputation in his field and among his clients. 

From the outset of his legal career, Tony was always fascinated with medical negligence law, finding it both intellectually challenging and appreciating the opportunity to secure outcomes that make his clients’ lives easier. At Gadsby Wicks, he handles a varied caseload not restricted by subject matter or value, which has allowed him to develop a huge breadth of knowledge.

Tony always puts his clients’ interests first, actively communicating with them over the course of their claims. He gets to the heart of the issues presented, pays attention to the fine details without losing sight of the bigger picture, and gives everything to help clients achieve the best possible outcome.

With a strong focus on providing comfort and closure to those who have been injured or lost someone close, Tony finds his work incredibly rewarding, and never takes his position for granted.

Memberships

Tony is a Senior Litigator and Accredited Clinical Negligence Specialist with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is also a former Chair of the Essex Medico-Legal Society.

Education

Tony achieved his LLB (Hons) at the University of Mid-Glamorgan, and qualified as a solicitor in 1992.

Personal

Outside of Gadsby Wicks, Tony is the Chair of an Educational Foundation Charity.

Leisure

Tony enjoys playing and watching cricket, and also participates in Parkrun.
