Position

Both English and French law qualified, Rachel has almost 20 years’ experience advising on energy, natural resources and infrastructure finance. She regularly acts for banks and trading houses, sponsors and project developers on a wide range of international transactions, including trade and commodity finance, oil and gas, metals and mining, ECA finance and renewables. She has a strong emerging markets practice, with a special focus on Africa.

She has worked for international law firms in London, Amsterdam and Paris and was seconded to the energy and commodities, export and projects legal team of a French Bank from 2008-2009.

Rachel is an ESSEC MBA graduate and holds a Bachelor of Law and French from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s in business law from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.
