Meng Fai was admitted as advocate & solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009.  Meng Fai spent his initial years of practice in Singapore and throughout his practice, has focused on claims and disputes in the construction, engineering and mining industries. Meng Fai also advises on insurance claims and commercial disputes.  Meng Fai regularly handles domestic and international arbitrations in Singapore and Malaysia, including contractual and statutory adjudications.
