Laurence joined Birketts in 2012. He is the Lead Partner in our Dispute Resolution Team and leads the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Team.
Laurence specialises in the resolution of complex disputes. He has acted for a wide range of clients on a domestic and international basis. He has particular experience in dealing with claims relating to contractual interpretation, professional negligence, corporate, banking, financial services, insolvency and fraud matters.
