Career

I lead the leasehold enfranchisement department at Wallace, a highly technical and specialised area of law. I have significant experience in the enfranchisement field having practiced in this area of law for over 20 years. My team deal with over 300 cases a year for both Landlords and Tenants

I also have experience of Right to Manage claims, property related litigation including landlord and tenant disputes and contentious lease-renewal proceedings.  I represent landlords, tenants and groups of tenants.

My team has been involved in leading enfranchisement decisions including several which have set significant precedents.

I regularly act as advocate in Tribunal Hearings on Preliminary issues and costs cases.
