I am a property litigator specialising in commercial landlord and tenant litigation. I advise and act for commercial property clients on a wide range of issues including forfeiture, dilapidations, injunctive relief applications, contentious lease renewal proceedings, tenant insolvency, rent reviews and property related professional negligence.

 I have achieved successful outcomes – in and out of court – for a large number of corporate and individual clients in relation to a range of contentious property matters.
