Career
I am a partner in our Corporate Group based in Beijing, and I have more than 25 years of corporate law and business management experience serving Chinese SOEs, private enterprises and US multinational companies.
My practice focuses on China outbound M&A, project development in energy and infrastructure sectors and other cross-border transactions with Chinese components.
Having served as general counsel of Weichai, a Hong Kong-listed company and the country manager (China) for the Fortune 500 energy company Kinder Morgan, Inc., I have built a strong reputation in providing practical, dynamic legal advice to my clients that is based on my in-depth knowledge in the manufacturing, energy and infrastructure sectors.
I was the Managing Partner at an international law firm’s Beijing office for six years, before joining another global law firm as a Corporate Partner for two years.
