- Advised Cellnex Telecom SA, a major independent infrastructure operator for wireless telecommunication in Europe headquartered in Spain, on a transaction with Deutsche Telekom (DT), whereby Cellnex and DT will combine their tower assets in the Netherlands. The Dutch competition authority (ACM) gave clearance for the transaction, allowing the creation of the largest independent tower company in the Netherlands.
- Advised NCOI, the largest provider of educational training in the Netherlands, on the submission of a high-value tender providing educational training services for the State of the Netherlands. Following the award of the contract, one of the losing tenderers initiated interim relief proceedings before The Hague court seeking a preliminary injunction stopping the State from awarding the contract. The firm represented NCOI and successfully litigated in court in order to ensure the tender contract was retained.
