Career

I am a Consultant in the Technology and Communications practice based in Singapore. I advise clients across the Asia Pacific region on a broad range of technology, media and telecoms issues.

I have substantial experience advising a broad spectrum of clients including MNCs, listed companies, statutory boards, telecommunications and media providers and technology start-ups on a range of commercial, regulatory, data protection and cybersecurity issues.

My experience includes assisting global operators with legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment of local presence and infrastructure rollout, including the deployment of data centres and applying for licences from the regulator. In the digital space, I have advised numerous household names on the launch of novel products and services.

I also regularly advise companies on data protection requirements, including the rollout of data protection compliance programmes and ongoing obligations.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I was a director at another leading law firm in Singapore where I was part of the TMT and Data Protection practice.

I have been recognised as “Next Generation Lawyer” in TMT by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific. I am also an IAPP Certified International Privacy Profession (CIPP/E).
