I am a senior lawyer specialising in aircraft leasing and financing. I have more than 24 years of private practice and in-house legal experience.

In my career I have covered the full spectrum of aviation matters ranging from leasing and financing, to setting up airlines and MROs, advising on aviation mergers and joint ventures, negotiating OEM contacts and other commercial agreements, negotiating sale and purchases, and restructuring and disputes. My broad range of experience afforded me a deep understanding of all facets of the aviation industry.

My experience has taught me to advise clients on the legal and commercial implications of their decisions instead of simply focusing on a strictly legal perspective. This approach highlights issues that have very real financial, liability or operational consequences for my clients.
