Career
Sakchai Limsiripothong represents clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration. He has expertise in commercial law, labour and employment law, intellectual property infringement, torts, construction contracts, trade, banking, bankruptcy, business reorganization and white-collar crime.
Sakchai was honored to be Legal Counsel to a Thai Senator, 2005- 2006. He is active in the Lawyers Council of Thailand, including the Committee of Foreign Affairs (2000 – 2004) and the Committee of Notaries Public (2004 – 2006). He is a guest lecturer at universities, where he teaches litigation, labour law, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, as well as the preparation of legal documents. He is a contributing author to “Court Procedures and Bankruptcy Law in Thailand” (World Bank 2004-2018).
