Stephen is a director of Stephen Firmin Ltd, a partner in TSP. He is Head of the TSP Agricultural and Commercial Property Teams. Stephen has considerable experience in commercial and rural land transactional work and related projects. He advises clients in the agricultural and rural land sector in connection with property acquisitions and disposals, strategic land planning (options and promotions) and diversification projects; and regularly advises on lifetime succession planning for farming businesses and rural landowners. He also advises on commercial property acquisitions, disposals (investment and operational) and property elements of M&A transactional work in conjunction with the TSP Corporate Team.

Stephen qualified in 1993 at a long stablished Suffolk practice, becoming a partner there in 1995.  Stephen joined TSP in 2011.
