Career

Kerry is an experienced commercial and rural property solicitor. She specialises in development work and in all aspects of rural property, including tenancies, development and diversification opportunities, promotion and option agreements and alternative energy schemes.

Kerry also advises on site disposals and acquisitions from small rural developments to several hundred plots. She works closely with our Head of Private Client on tax planning and succession issues for farmers and landowners.

Kerry, who was admitted as a solicitor in November 2003, joined the TSP Commercial Property and Agriculture team in November 2015. Since 1 March 2017 Kerry Addison Ltd, of which Kerry is a Director, has been a corporate partner in Thompson Smith and Puxon.
