A Science graduate, a patent agent and a lawyer working in the field of IPR, in particular
Patents, for over a decade. Handled patent related matters ranging from patent drafting,
searching and prosecution for Indian as well as foreign jurisdictions including the US and
EP to handling patent and trademark contentions at the IPAB and in district/High Court,
Delhi. Currently heads R.K. Dewan’s patents team in Delhi in addition to being a point
contact for all client communication and business development activities for the north India
region.
