Rechelle has advised on a wide range of projects including airports and seaports, pit to port developments, iconic CBD high-rise constructions, major integrated mixed use developments and global engineering projects.
She advises public and private transport infrastructure providers and local and offshore property developers on multi use developments and integrated infrastructure projects, demonstrating a strong track record on major projects with highly technical requirements.
In addition to her considerable legal experience, Rechelle has an understanding of both the technical aspects and commercial drivers and their key role in integrated construction and infrastructure projects.
