Carmen is a partner in the Corporate Finance practice team. She specializes in corporate and commercial affairs and has extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), banking and financial transactions. Carmen also regularly advises international and PRC clients on compliance and regulatory matters relating to Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, Mergers and Share Repurchases, and the Securities and Futures Ordinance.  Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Carmen worked in various well-known law firms for many years.
