He has presented the Legal Framework for the GNSS-based Electronic Toll Collection System suited for Indian road infrastructure after an in-depth study of existing models of ETC across developed countries.

He has played an instrumental role in setting up JV base for Indian Entrepreneur in Dubai for various technology transfers, investment transactions and Taxation structuring. He also has a very good touch base in handling complex investigation matters and crisis management.

He has also represented the Firm before:

• government authorities on various export and import policies, taxation issues relating to amendments and clarifications in favour of trade bodies,
• recent assignments include advisory services to the India arm of a US Mobile content developer with a global presence,
• restructuring and advising the Indian chapter of a Japanese Not-for-Profit Organisation,
• advising various International Trade Chamber of Commerce and setting up of Global Trade & Technology Counsel and Trade Chamber of Indian and Turkey,
• helping foreign investors to set up educational & healthcare institutions in various parts of the country,
• setting up the US and Mauritian Joint Venture for Indian clients,
• advising UK based security giant on the acquisition of 100% equity of an Indian Company,
• the financial structuring of education trust and FCRA registrations for charitable trusts.
• He has further represented the Firm at various international forums, including trade bodies and the Chamber of Commerce.

His clientele includes PSUs, Government Bodies, Multi-national Companies, Investment Banks, Family-Owned Businesses, Not-for-Profit Organizations, Funds and High-net-Worth Individuals. He has been instrumental in luring foreign investment for the setting up of units in SEZ/STPI.
