Toshiya Furusho is a partner of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners. Toshiya Furusho has extensive experience with patent litigations in a wide variety of industries including mechanical engineering, electric engineering and biotechnology, as well as trademark and unfair competition litigations representing brand manufactures. He has been an adjunct instructor of patent law at Kwansei Gakuin University Law School since 2014. In addition, he is currently serving as a vice-chairman of Intellectual Property Committee in Osaka Bar Association since 2016.
