Helen is a partner specialising in all aspects of family law for private clients including divorce, property issues, maintenance, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and private children case. With over 20 years experience she has acted for many husbands and wives in divorce proceedings often involving significant pension (including Police, Ministry of Defence, company and NHS), business and farming assets. Helen appears in court on a regular basis. Helen trained as a mediator in 1999 and as a collaborative lawyer in 2007. This enables her to offer a full range of services depending on the wishes and needs of each individual client whether they require strong and tenacious representation at court or a skilled negotiator. Helen was responsible for successfully bidding against a number of national organisations for the DWP funded Moving Forward project which provided help and support for separating families. Helen thereafter designed with a leading psychologist a programme which supported over 2500 people.
