• Considerable experience in insolvency and restructuring work. Assisted liquidators in winding up and trustees-in-bankruptcy in place of the Official Receiver in administering bankrupts’ estate and distributing assets and dividends to creditors
• Handling a wide range of contractual disputes, including shareholders’ disputes, trade disputes and construction disputes
• Advising and representing clients in litigation in Hong Kong Courts and arbitrations administered by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
