• Representing clients in trade mark opposition and revocation proceedings
• Representing clients in various court proceedings involving trade marks, trade names, domain names, designs, copyright, patents and trade secrets
• Representing a paid TV service provider in a judicial review proceedings against the Telecommunications Authority
