Nadia is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Intellectual Property practice in New Zealand. Nadia supports clients with intellectual property issues relating to trade marks and designs, copyright, advertising and fair trading, patents, domain names, passing off and confidential information.
Nadia works with a range of clients across a wide variety of sectors including technology, food and beverage, natural health products, cosmetics and construction. Nadia is experienced in brand protection and intellectual property matters both locally and internationally, and has a special interest in the management of trade mark portfolios, including clearance searches, brand protection strategies, local and international applications, prosecution, infringement and watching services. Nadia assists clients at all stages of development, from start-up businesses to established well-known brands.
Prior to joining Dentons in New Zealand, Nadia worked at a New Zealand intellectual property boutique as an associate, where she advised on trade mark matters for both local and international clients.
