Charlotte joined Roythornes in early 2022 as a senior associate in the Real Estate team working out of the firm’s Birmingham office. Prior to Roythornes, Charlotte worked at two large regional law firms where she is based in Shropshire and also for international bank, Deutsche Bank. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and brings a wealth of real estate experience with her.
Charlotte has grown a particular specialism in development work. Charlotte has expert knowledge in promotion and option agreements, complex conditional contracts and all types of joint venture and development agreements. She can successfully advise clients on all stages of the development cycle from site acquisition through to the individual plot sales.
In addition, Charlotte has an in-depth knowledge of property acquisitions- both freehold and leasehold, commercial and residential, commercial leases and landlord and tenant work and refinancing projects.
Charlotte is known by her clients for her friendly practical approach who offers jargon-free, technical advice and is pro-active in progressing transactions.
