I am a property finance and commercial property lawyer with many years of experience in the sector. My clients include financial institutions and investors. I started my career in the City and practiced in some highly regarded regional firms building up my extensive experience and varied expertise. I am professional, commercial and a trusted guide for my clients. I am dedicated, methodical and innovative in my approach ensuring a successful outcome for my clients.

My main areas of expertise are:

• Advising banks and other lending institutions on taking security over properties and property portfolios (commercial, mixed use and residential) including development sites, investment properties, private housing initiatives, student accommodation, leisure centres, high street clothing retailers, care homes, garden centres, doctors’ surgeries, children nurseries, retail supermarkets, drinking establishments, restaurants and high street coffee chains.
• Advising SMEs such as real estate developers, construction companies, property holding and investment companies, property management companies, retail companies, leisure companies, manufacturers, franchise, insurance companies, oil and gas companies, pension trusts, LLPs, private landlords and investors, and various charities including town and country regeneration projects, educational and religious establishments and registered social landlords (housing association) on a wide range of property matters and concerns including freehold and leasehold sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work,  lease renewals, and sale and purchase of assets, businesses and companies.
