Position

I am a solicitor in the Commercial Property & Planning department. I have almost 10 years’ experience in property law, acting for a range of clients in respect of:

• sales and purchases of residential properties;
• sales and purchases of commercial and mixed use properties;
• property development (buying land for development, planning agreements, services easements etc. and the subsequent sales);
• commercial leases, including assignments and surrenders;
• property finance; and
• title issues (including deeds of variation and covenant advice).

I specialise in new build conveyancing, acting for national and regional housebuilders in the sale of new build residential properties.

My experience in development work means I can fully set up sites for selling plots off-plan, pre-empting the enquiries buyers may rise so that the process is as streamlined as possible.

My team and I work hard to ensure contracts are exchanged at the earliest opportunity. We get to know our developer clients and the sites they are working on, whether these are small developments of a few plots or very large sites.

I am accredited under the Residential Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
