Before joining the Firm, Teerachai worked at two law firms based in Bangkok, where he advised clients on complex M&A transactions involving both private and public companies and advised and assisted clients in applying for business licenses involving electronic payment services, digital asset businesses, and initial coin offerings (ICO) in Thailand. His experience also includes a variety of regulatory, licensing, and corporate matters, such as foreign direct investment, commercial contracts, and general corporate advice. Sittiwate Jewsittiprapai

Sittiwate Jewsittiprapai is a partner of the Firm. With extensive experience both in private practice and in-house, Sittiwate offers clients acute legal insights and know-how, and provides businesses with practical commercial-minded advice. Sittiwate has represented clients in negotiations, business and commercial litigation, rehabilitation, labor disputes, white-collar crime cases, and alternative dispute resolution. He is a key contributor to the Firm, as one of his particular specialties is advising clients in relation to litigation and investigations in connection with Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Act. He also advises companies on corporate governance, regulatory compliance relating to Thai securities laws, employment regulations, and general commercial matters. Sittiwate advised clients as an associate at a number of leading law firms in Thailand, and led the legal department of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand that invests in food and consumer businesses across Asia. He has particular experience in advising on corporate legal strategy, as well as in local litigation. Sittiwate holds an LLM in Commercial Law from University of Bristol and an LLB from Thammasat University, and is recognized as a barrister-at-law by the Thai Bar Association.
