Recent Developments & Expansion

Established in July 2024, the firm was founded and was originally driven by four partners, led by Yaowarote Klinboon, the firm’s Executive Partner. With over 20 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets and corporate M&A, Yaowarote is widely regarded as one of Thailand’s most prominent lawyers for complex, high-stakes and regulatory-driven transactions involving listed companies and cross-border elements.

To further reinforce its market position, the firm has expanded its partnership to include a dedicated Tax partner, strengthening Wise’s ability to deliver fully integrated advice as a true one-stop legal services platform. The firm is now led by five partners with deep and complementary expertise across capital markets, M&A, regulatory, tax, and litigation. This integrated structure enables the firm to advise clients seamlessly from transaction structuring and regulatory execution through to dispute resolution, enforcement actions, and strategic litigation, particularly in matters involving significant financial, reputational, and regulatory exposure.

Currently, the firm has expanded its legal team to 17 lawyers, reinforcing our ability to serve clients with deeper expertise and a more agile approach. We have recently strengthened our M&A and financial regulatory practice, advising on several high-profile cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance matters.

Despite our recent inception, Wise has rapidly built a reputation for excellence, advising on high-profile and market-defining transactions. Our team’s deep expertise, combined with a client-centric and solution-driven approach, has enabled us to successfully represent clients in complex and strategic deals, including the acquisition of VGI Public Company Limited and the acquisition of MFC management Public Company Limited.
