Atis is an Associate at the Firm, specializing in a wide range of corporate and M&A matters, as well as capital markets.

Prior to joining the Firm, Atis practiced at a prominent law firm in Bangkok, where he advised clients on capital markets, securities, corporate governance, board advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. His sector expertise spans a diverse range of industries, including medical devices, construction, insurance, industrial products, environmental consulting, infrastructure, and real estate.

In addition to his firm experience, Atis has held key in-house roles, serving as an HR Manager and Legal Consultant for a private company, and as a Company Secretary for a publicly listed company. This dual background in both external counsel and internal corporate management provides him with a highly practical, business-oriented perspective when advising clients.

Atis holds an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London and earned his LL.B. with third-class honors from Assumption University. Additionally, he is a qualified Barrister-at-Law with the Thai Bar Association, further reinforcing his strong legal foundation.
