Narat Aphiphunya is an associate at WISE. He advises both multinational and domestic clients across key legal areas, such as capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. His experience includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, handling company formation and corporate registration, preparing disclosure documents for material transactions, related person transactions, and offerings of new shares and warrants, as well as conducting legal research.
