Aphisit Sailert is an associate at WISE. He currently focuses on advising clients on litigation and investigations related to Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Act and offers guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment regulations, and general commercial issues.

Before joining the Firm, Aphisit worked at an international law firm in Bangkok, where he provided professional legal services for both private and public companies. His work included business and commercial litigation, regulatory matters, legal due diligence and investigations, and general corporate advisory services.

Aphisit holds an LLB from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
