Anisa Kitpanuruj is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate and commercial matters. She has experience advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular exposure to banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Anisa worked at a leading international law firm in Bangkok, where she was part of the banking and finance practice and collaborated closely with the capital markets team. Her experience spans multiple practice areas, including banking and finance, capital markets and corporate governance, and public-private partnerships.

Anisa holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University, with a major in business law and taxation, and is admitted to practice by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
