Chanattorn Thunyaluck is a partner of the Firm. She has more than 18 years of experience in tax and legal advisory, having practiced with leading international consulting firms as well as prominent law firms in Thailand. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border tax and corporate restructuring, as well as advising high-net-worth individuals and family businesses on wealth management and succession planning.

She is recognized for her ability to integrate practical tax solutions with strict legal compliance, ensuring sustainable outcomes that balance commercial objectives with effective risk management. Chanattorn has advised clients across diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, technology, and healthcare.

In 2025, she was recognized by ITR World Tax 2025 both as a Notable Practitioner and a Women in Tax Leader for General corporate tax in Thailand as well as by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Recommended Lawyer for Tax in Thailand.

Chanattorn holds an LLM from Bangkok University, an LLB from Prince of Songkla University, and is currently a Master of Management in Corporate Finance (M.M.) candidate at the College of Management, Mahidol University.
