Career

Ramy Nada is a Specialized Commercial & Corporate Legal Counsel with more than 10 years of experience in the field. 

He has a Master of Law degree in Commercial Law from Alexandria University, Egypt, and another Master of Law degree in International Commercial Law from Bristol University, England. He is currently pursuing a PhD in International Commercial Law at the same university, which he started in 2020. He is a qualified lawyer in Egypt and a member of the Arab Bar Association. 

He has expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing corporate governance and compliance matters, and providing legal support for M&A transactions. He has worked in senior positions with various local law firms in Egypt, Bahrain, KSA and UAE, where he gained a deep understanding of local laws and regulations, as well as the cultural nuances critical to doing business successfully in the Middle East. 

He is a confident communicator and problem solver who can work with stakeholders at all levels to identify and mitigate legal risks and develop innovative legal solutions. He has the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a commitment to staying up to date with changes in the legal landscape. He has advised and represented numerous major international companies in various M&A and overseas investment deals in the region. 

He is fluent in English and Arabic, which enables him to communicate and handle legal matters effectively in diverse international settings.
