Position

Eveline is a highly experienced specialist in construction and procurement law. She focuses on guiding procurement processes, including in construction and infrastructure. Eveline is often involved from the preliminary phase of the project and advises on the tendering and contracting strategy.

Eveline has special knowledge of procurement in the field of rail and public transport. For example, she successfully supervised GVB’s tenders for new tram vehicles (the tram 15G) and new metro vehicles (the metro M7). She also supported the Province of South Holland in the tender for hydrogen supply and the construction of the hydrogen refueling station Heinenoord (project JIVE2).

In addition, Eveline is often called in to deal with issues during the implementation phase of (construction) contracts and has extensive experience in interim injunction proceedings.

Eveline is a lecturer at Conducto Opleidingen and author of Sdu Commentaar Aanbestedingsrecht.

Career

Before Eveline became partner at Duet advocaten in 2024, she was legal advisor procurement law IUC Communications at the Ministry of General Affairs and freelance legal advisor procurement law at Snijders aanbestedingsadvies (2019-2023). Eveline also was construction and procurement law lawyer at Croon advocaten (2012-2019) and at Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn (2005-2012).
