Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in law from Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, in 2017, Yasir has quickly established himself as a dynamic and proficient legal professional. His admission to the prestigious Iraqi Bar Association further underscores his commitment to legal excellence.
Prior to joining our team, Yasir honed his skills in a renowned law office, where he adeptly managed a diverse range of corporate legal matters. This experience includes, but is not limited to, company registration in Iraq, merger & acquisition, social security registration, and the processing of visas and work permits. He marked a significant progression in his career, where he specialized in establishing both local and foreign companies as branches, in compliance with Iraqi laws. Yasir’s expertise in drafting articles of association, board resolutions, and memorandums is matched by his keen insight into maintaining companies’ legal standings at the Registrar of Companies.
