Mrs Mona AlArbash currently serves as Assistant Secretary-General of the Gulf Lawyers Union and is actively engaged in promoting the rule of law, equality, and promoting the legal sector throughout the Arabian Gulf region.

As the Founder of the Women’s Platform at the Kuwait Bar Association and the Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Community Rights, Mrs Mona AlArbash has been a trailblazer in championing the rights and voices of various segments of Kuwaiti society. Under her leadership, the council oversees pivotal centres including the Women’s Rights Centre, Family Centre, Child Centre, Family Law Review Centre, and the Juvenile Centre.

Beyond her roles within the Bar Association, Mrs AlArbash is also a proud member of the Women’s Social Cultural Association. She has been a speaker and participant at numerous local and international conferences, specifically targeting topics on women empowerment and addressing violence against women and children in Kuwaiti society. Recognising her unparalleled contributions, she was awarded the title of Best Kuwaiti Lawyer by the Arab Lawyers Union Conference in March 2019.

Her tireless endeavours to promote women’s economic, social, and cultural development have led to the establishment of several vital protocols with both local and international entities. Her strategic partnership in bolstering the legal framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030, particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality, demonstrates our firm’s profound commitment to global standards of equity.
