Position
As one of the firm’s partners, Tudor’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyouts, energy and infrastructure, credit opportunities, venture capital, and funds of funds. He regularly advises companies and fund sponsors and investors in connection with complex mergers/acquisitions and secondary transactions, including fund restructurings and recapitalizations. Tudor’s experience includes acting for clients such as CD&R or HarbourVest Partners.
Career
Prior to co-founding the firm, Tudor began his career in the Investment Management Group at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York, and was a senior associate at White & Case in Miami.

Education
Tudor received his DEA cum laude from Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1999 and his J. D. from Columbia University School of Law in New York in 2002, where he was the Managing Editor for the Columbia Journal of European Law.
