Krzysztof Korwin- Kossakowski is a partner at BLSK and member of the Dispute Resolution Department,

In his practice Krzysztof focuses on civil litigation, including commercial disputes and damages claims, however occasionally advises clients also on aspects of criminal liability and represents clients in preparatory criminal proceedings.
He advises clients at every step of the process from pre-trial negotiations to enforcement proceedings and has handled a variety of legal work from preparing court pleadings in all instances and the Supreme Court, representing clients before courts of and arbitration tribunals, drafting and negotiating contracts, including for complex construction projects, to preparing legal opinions. His unique experience includes participation in and representation of the clients in five international arbitration proceedings (3 based on Bilateral International Treaties and 2 based on Energy Charter Treaty).
