Mohamed is a former public prosecutor specialized in financial crimes and taxation. He is known for his strategic oversight of complex tax disputes, guiding clients through audits, administrative appeals, and litigation, and leading the preparation of high-stakes legal strategies and defence before UAE courts and tax dispute resolution bodies.

Dr. Karen Seif is a Consultant in the Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice of Habib Al Mulla & Partners. She advises on disputes and contentious matters in the construction, corporate, energy and public defense sectors, under the rules of major international and regional arbitration centres including DIAC, ADCCAC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR and ICC. Dr. Seif is faculty at the Sorbonne University (Abu Dhabi), and is a peer-review published author on UAE arbitration. She has also held faculty positions at New York University (Abu Dhabi), and was a judicial fellow in the United States Federal Courts (Northern District of California).
