Eman Asad has been a registered lawyer since 2002, bringing over 22 years of legal experience. She has served at Habib Al Mulla & Partners for 17 years and was appointed Head of Real Estate in 2022. Eman currently oversees a portfolio of real estate and development disputes exceeding AED 1 billion in value. Her practice is distinguished by deep experience across property development, ownership structuring, and complex dispute resolution.

Representative Matters

• Acted on behalf of the State in several of the largest criminal proceedings in the UAE (2008–2012).

• Advising Mohammed Tayeb Khoory & Sons on a portfolio of commercial and real estate cases valued over AED 90 million.

• Represented Dubai Outlet Mall in a major service and construction-related dispute involving district cooling infrastructure and complex contract enforcement.

• Lead advisor to Damac Properties in a multi-party investor litigation portfolio involving unit handover and project delay claims.

• Led the real estate legal team advising Bahrain Islamic Bank on a landmark AED 270 million land acquisition in Al Sufouh First, Dubai.
