Amir Alkhaja is the firm’s managing partner, specializing in commercial, white-collar crime, and banking litigation. With over fifteen years of experience, his extensive expertise spans commercial, banking, and Islamic finance litigation.

A former Dubai Police officer with service in key stations including Bur Dubai, Amir is a licensed UAE lawyer with right of audience across all local and federal courts, including Cassation and the Supreme Court. He has successfully represented international clients, companies, and high-net-worth individuals in local and cross-border disputes throughout the GCC and MENA region.

Amir is recognised by Chambers and Partners as Band 3 in Dispute Resolution (Domestic), named a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500 (2025), and awarded Managing Partner of the Year by The Law’s Finest Awards (2024).
