She is a legal expert with more than 15 years of comprehensive experience in M&A, Corporate, Commercial, Shareholders’ disputes and Employment Law matters. Her clients benefit from the given expertise in employee transfer matters, negotiations with trade unions and work councils at both national and international levels. Karolina Baronaitė – Birmontė led numerous high-profile projects advising local and international clients.

Prior to founding Elegant Solution, Karolina Baronaitė – Birmontė had been developing her legal practise at one of the most renowned law firms in Lithuania. Karolina speaks English and Russian languages and is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.

Leisure

Karolina is passionate about horses, more specifically – dressage. Dressage is an equestrian sport and an “art” sometimes pursued solely for the sake of mastery.
