Education
Aleš Velkaverh, LL.M., graduated in 2008 at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, which awarded his thesis Prešeren Prize. In the same year, University of Ljubljana awarded him a golden certificate for his outstanding academic achievements. In 2010, he passed the State Bar Exam and in 2012 the Insolvency Administrator Exam. In 2016, he obtained a Master of Science degree at the same Faculty of Law, with a Master’s thesis in the field of warranty for defects in sales and subcontracting (including construction) contracts.
