Dang T. T. Thao is a Senior Associate at Herman, Henry & Dominic.  With over 6 years’ experience in law practice, Dang T. T. Thao has supported to the firm’s partners across various sectors in relation to foreign invested projects in fintech, real estate, food and beverage (F&B) and advertising in Vietnam.

Dang T. T. Thao also supporting enterprises and investment funds on corporate restructuring and financing, share subscriptions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and other project financing.  Dang T. T. Thao has been involved in the acquisition of a USD 70 million private jet and the extension of a Facility Agreement with a value of up to USD100 million.

Dang T. T. Thao has had the privilege of providing her legal expertise to an array of distinguished clients hailing from diverse industries, such as securities (Thien Viet Securities JSC), technology (Be Group JSC), fintech (Finhay JSC), real estate (Phat Dat Real Estate Development JSC and 577 Investment JSC), F&B (Revi Group LTD. PTE.) and advertising (Goldsun Focus Media JSC).

Prior to joining Herman, Henry & Dominic, Dang T. T. Thao served as the in-house counsel at Lotteria Vietnam.  Her expertise covered a wide range of areas, including matters on corporate business, F&B services, labor and employment, legal compliance and business risk mitigation.  Notably, Dang T. T. Thao played a pivotal role in the development and drafting of internal regulations, instrumental in organizing the company’s operations and effectively overseeing a workforce exceeding 2,000 employees.
