Threenuch is a Legal Director in the Bangkok office. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, competition law, and employment. Threenuch has experience in assisting both Thai and foreign multinational clients in setting up their business operations and advising on relevant laws regarding foreign investment legal compliance in Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar. She has worked on a number of transactions concerning cross-border acquisitions. Threenuch also advises on various labour legal issues for compliance under Thai labour laws.

Threenuch joined KPMG Phoomchai Legal  Ltd. in December 2022. Prior to which she was the Executive Partner at ZICO Law Thailand where she joined in October 2007. She also served as a Legal Intern in Cohen Stimpert & Ford LLP, Los Angeles, (June 2007) and Legal Officer at the Bureau of Finance and Fiscal, The Comptroller General’s Department in The Ministry of Finance, Bangkok, Thailand (November 2001 – May 2002).
