Verissa is a dedicated legal professional whose journey with the Firm began as a Pupil and she has progressed to become a Junior Associate.
She has actively participated in diverse corporate transactions, including company incorporation, regulatory compliance, and drafting of corporate and commercial agreements spanning various sectors including real estate and energy, as well as performing due diligence for clients. In addition to her transactional roles, she leads the Articles Editorial team of the Firm. Verissa’s reliability and organizational skills make her an asset to the Firm.
