Her transactional practice includes advising on the sale and purchase of newbuilding and second-hand ships and yachts, shipbuilding contracts, pooling agreements, ship finance transactions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, trading contracts and regulatory matters including GDPR and EU sanctions. Her shipping dispute practice encompasses ship sale and purchase disputes, enforcing foreign arbitration awards and court judgments in Greece and handling ship casualties in Greece.
