Dr. Turkay Özdemir has been working as an official legal expert in the field of logistics, transportation, and insurance law since 2006, and as a legal adviser since 2011. He provides advice to national and international companies on commercial and trade law matters and operates a litigation office. He focuses particularly on litigation, enforcement, and liquidation, as well as arbitration concerning commercial issues arising from insurance, logistics operations, and the compensation of losses and damages.
He is the author of textbooks on International Trade Law, Aviation Law, Logistics, and Transportation Law. He is also the founder and president of the Association of Logistics and Transportation Law.
